Client selected as consulting partner again to handle the business transition to Franchise Partner for the activities mentioned and having challenges: -
- Continuity of business operations after business transition date
- By getting support from People transferred to Franchise Partner to get closures of Distributor and Vendors outstanding, claims etc.
- Balance sheet item clearing
- Managing of Vendors and Distributor communications, discussions for settlement of outstanding matters.
Solution:
J&Y Consulting team worked with business process owners to define the roadmap/strategy for clearing of vendor invoices, dues and advances, settlement of Novated Distributor balances and pending claims, full and final settlement of and balance sheet item clearing
